During the attendance of more than three thousand visitors in three days, Al Hakmiah Real Estate Development Company launched the marketing campaign of Mercia Real Estate Fund, the first fund of its own in the Eastern Region that is overseen by the Saudi Capital Market Authority. The launching of the project has occurred hand in hand with the opening of Mercia show flat. All the present have shown their admiration for the very high standards of the project as well as its unique idea that sprang from the Islamic cities. The project imitates in its design the old Islamic communities that depend on building social ties between the neighbors.   

Worth mentioning here is that Mercia project is the sixth project of Al Hakmiah company. It came after a series of successes that the company has achieved in the Real Estate field especially the luxurious buildings.
