-  Amlak Signs a Financing Agreement with Alhakmiah

On the sidelines of the 13th Riyad exhibition for real estate and urban development -Ritatks 13- international Riyad forum ''prospects and future of real estate investment in Saudi Arabia and gulf states ''

a signature signed between Alhakmiah real estate development company and Amlak International for financing and real estate development .

the financing agreement allows individuals to own residential units within the project of ''andalusiat'' which considered as the first residential complex for owning apartments in the eastern region .

An agreement was signed by both of Mr. Abdullah Al-Howeesh - the Managing Director of Amlak International for real estate development  and financing and Mr. Reden Al-Doweesh – the  chairman  of Alhakmiah real estate development company, which is the first real estate development company putting programs for owning houses in the eastern region within the project ''shoquti''.

The managing director of Amlak International Mr. Abdullah Al-Howeesh said that the agreement comes within the series of the partnership agreement which concluded by the company with a number of major property developer in the king doom, to enhance the offered amount of real estate units for individuals who wish to own houses within the residential complexes which have the quality, added value and attractive designs which compatible with their hopes, noting that the project ''andalusiat'' is subsidiary of Alhakmiah real estate development company ,which has a fine reputation for an attractive andalusian architecture designs, and which equipped with a list of complement basic and luxury services which meet all needs .

Mr. Reden Al-Doweesh expressed about his pleasure to reach this agreement with Amlak International, which would respond to the aspiration of a large number of individuals wishing to own the life home within soft financial solutions, indicating that Andalusiat project  provides several options for distinct architecture and engineering options , stems from the ancient andalusian heritage in architecture which has a special identify suggests privacy, intimacy, and provides a comprehensive range of services that meet all needs of residents ,and to give them additional dimension of comfort, tranquility and prosperity.
