Andalusiat is a project of six towers known for their Andalusia architectural style .The main theme of the project was inspired from the old cities where the negative and positive spaces urban fabric with a special aura suggests privacy, security, and the project aims to create a residential community with an integrated and harmonious urban and architectural identity providing the user with a sense of containment and privacy with the provision of their main needs. The project comes at the entrance to the city of Khobar on the King Fahd Causeway, where the neighborhood is considered to be the finest residential areas. The project came at a time the market lacks housing compounds and special units for sale and thus Andalusia fills a void in the real estate market and did not take it share of attention despite its importance .
