Maintenance and Operation Company led by engineers and administrators with competence and experience in the relevant field and the goal of its establishment, is to take the trouble to manage the property, starting from the contract management and through guarding the property and maintaining the cleanliness which has great importance in the longevity of the property.
To convince the maintenance and operating company that maintenance work is considered a good basis and the backbone to maintain the operational efficiency of the housing units, and to achieve this objective, the work is summarized in the following:

which consists of a set of
actions in various operations of maintenance, whether scheduled weekly (w) or
monthly (M), quarterly (Q) or semi-annual (S) or annual (A), for example, the
preventive maintenance operations of the building (structurally) include the
following:
1. Weekly Maintenance
Where the works of (External
inspection for Defect) is the virtual work of external examination of the
building and note the following: Developing cracks, doors and windows,
Surface finishes breaks and discoloration
2. Monthly Maintenance
Where is the examination of any observations of Damage in Walls and Ceiling
Surfaces ,Suspended Ceiling , Floor Finish defects and any abnormalities may
occur in the doors or windows as well as weekly maintenance.

Quarterly Maintenance
In addition to the prior maintenance there is
quarterly maintenance, which is the work of examining illuminations of the
building State (Light Diffusers) and change if necessary as well as checking of
door hinges, locks and windows and change whatever is damaged.

Annual Maintenance
Is the work of the previous procedures in the
weekly, monthly and quarterly maintenance as well as to examine the validity of
Fire Extinguishers
5. Annual maintenance
In addition to the work of
all the previous procedures is inspection of roof damages and leaks and
examination of the buildings paint and renew the damaged ones if necessary.

Check Insulation for Circuits
Make sure that the
grounding wire connected with all the electricity exits, ground continuity to
all outlets Inspect all domestic power outlets for Safety Work on cleaning
suction fans, ceiling fans if it exists.
For each equipment there is
separate maintenance program, for example, Panel Boards and maintaining it
weekly, monthly, quarterly and half-yearly as follows:
1. Weekly Maintenance (W)
Confirm the
arrival of electricity to all parts of the distribution panel.
Remove dust
using a paint brush
2. Monthly maintenance (M)
Examination of the
door hinges, painting and operational status.
In addition to weekly
maintenance.
3. Quarterly Maintenance (Q)
Examine the presence of
rust on parts of the board and re-paint if necessary.
Examining data from
the board and how the data is recorded on the keys.
4. Semi-annual
maintenance (S)
In addition to the above, the Circuit Breakers (incisors)
are tested
5. Annual maintenance (A)
In addition to the above is the
work of examining the connections and reconnecting them

The cleaning work is done by a team at a high
